I write about local regulations in my mystery shopping books, and here is a site that addresses the PI issue--www.crimetime.com/licensing.htm. For those of you who aren’t aware of this, some states require you to have a Private Investigator license in order to legally mystery shop. Nevada is one of them. Check to make sure you’re legal with this site and your local and state authorities.
